EDUCATION POLICIES


Refund Policy

Requests for refunds of class fees must be made in writing and submitted to ELC Legal Services at admin@elclegal.com no less than one week (5 business days) prior to the start of the course. A $15 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. 


Provider Cancelation Policy

ELC Legal Services reserves the right to cancel any class no later than 10 days prior to start of course should registration be inadequate. Attendees will be notified via the email address they provided at registration. Any cancelations by ELC Legal Services within 10 days prior to the start of class will be either refunded in full or rescheduled in a timely manner.


Confidentiality and Security Policy

ELC Legal Services adheres to the minimum teaching standards of the Commission. ELC Legal Services will collect all completed course examinations and will not allow students to retain copies of final course examinations.


Attendance Policy

ELC Legal Services adheres to the Commission’s written attendance policy and credit hours will only be submitted for students who have successfully met the attendance requirements for which the course was approved. Idaho Real Estate Commission Attendance Policy

  • Students MUST sign in for both morning and afternoon, the day of the class.
  • Students must attend 100% of the class to receive CE credit. A student who misses any portion (even a few minutes) of a course taken for CE elective credit WILL NOT receive credit for the course.


Accommodation Policy

Please advise ELC Legal Services within 5 days of the program of any accommodations needed for the course under the Americans with Disabilities Act. ELC courses are made available to all qualified applicants, and will not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, creed, religion, sex, handicap, or national origin.
